In the framework of the Life Long Learning program of the European Union the project named The Digital Literacy Instructor will start in January 2013. It is not a program teaching digital literacy but it is a digital instructor for literacy. The aim of the project is developing specialized digital tools for training reading skills for adult learners who are first time readers in a second language.
